About Us

Tumble is a heavy psychedelic rock power trio formed in Toronto, Ontario in 2022. Their hard-hitting sound is driven by powerful riffs, hypnotic grooves, frenzied guitar solos, and anthemic choruses. With minimal effects, loud tube amps, and an unrestrained live energy, the band creates a sonic assault that is reminiscent of the 70’s heavy rock movement while remaining modern and imaginative. 

The trio consists of Liam Deak on vocals and guitar, Tarun Dawar on Bass, and Jody Brumell on Drums. Their chemistry is built on instinct and improvisation, allowing them to craft dynamic and unpredictable performances both in studio and on stage.

In just a few short years the band has earned a reputation as an unstoppable live force. Their explosive live shows have taken them across Eastern Canada, the United Kingdom, and throughout mainland Europe. Among their live credentials is a standout performance at Sweden’s revered Muskelrock festival, along with high-profile show slots sharing stages with heavyweights such as PIGS PIGS PIGS PIGS PIGS PIGS PIGS, Crown Lands, and Monster Truck.

On the recording front, Tumble has established a powerful foundation. Releasing a couple of standalone singles and a heavy 5-song EP recorded with legendary Canadian rock producer/musician Ian Blurton, the band turned heads across the doom and heavy rock scene with their searing cover of Pentagram’s "Earth Flight"—a tribute that earned high praise from Bobby Liebling himself.

Never content to sit still, Tumble are currently locked in the studio crafting their debut full-length album. With new music on the horizon and early planning underway for a hopeful return to the UK and Europe in 2027, Tumble continues to demonstrate that real 70s-inspired heavy rock is alive, loud, and dangerous.
